The spring after I graduated College, and I moved back to Pennsylvania after my DCP, I was hired as their Production Manager starting for their 2019 spring show. I'm in charge of posters, t-shirt design, programs, fundraisers, the rehearsal schedule and managing the student's conflicts. The other main part of my job is training some students in technical roles! I work with the Student Stage Manager and Student Assistant Stage Managers, in stage organization, calling of shows and training them and their Student Deck Supervisor. I also work with props in questions they have and updates from rehearsal and assist sound for what cues they need. For Newsies I also attend all rehearsals and acted as production stage manager, reading lines for those not in attendance, taking notes where needed and assisting with run of scenes music and crew wise.

Following the first show I completed post college - I became the assistant director! I block some scenes, assist students with scenes, read and walk absent roles, call lines, write blocking, take notes, etc. Basically act as a rehearsal stage manager! I also organize auditions and callbacks (getting their music, sides, etc all together and organized). In addition I also am in charge of all communication with students, parents and staff members.

I work with the director, take their visions and translate them into the visual they are looking for! Depending on the show and school - depends if I need to rehang or refocus any lights and act as a master electrician in addition to the Light Designer.

I love being able to teach in addition to the theatre work, and being able to talk to and meet passionate students means the world to me, and plays into my education background! Depending on the conference depends of what I am presenting and who I am presenting to!

I assist the main Theatre Club Advisor, and Troupe Director. I work with the Officer Board to run monthly Meetings, run events, field trips, and Direct the Winter Children's Play.
